Microsoft Office 2016 (codenamed Office 16) is a version of the Microsoft Office productivity suite, succeeding both Office 2013 and Officefor Mac 2011. It was released on OS X on 9 July 2015 for Office 365 subscribers. The perpetually licensed version on OS X and Windows was released on 22 September 2015.
